Burnout, Exhaustion & Disconnection

Sometimes survival means shutting down—numbing feelings, losing joy, or living on autopilot. Other times, it shows up as burnout—pushing through exhaustion, yet never feeling truly rested. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s beneath these patterns, whether perfectionism, people-pleasing, or old wounds, and create space to reconnect with your vitality and a more sustainable way of being.
