As a counsellor and educator with a PhD in Education from the University of Cambridge, I bring deep insight into how people learn, grow, and make meaning of their experiences—especially during times of transition, rupture, or rediscovery. Counselling

My role is to walk alongside you as we find solutions that feel authentic, sustainable, and right for your life.

If you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, or carrying past hurts, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface—deepening self-understanding and reconnecting with your inner voice. Through psychoeducation, you’ll learn how the brain and nervous system respond to stress, trauma, and relationships, gaining practical tools and insight to navigate life with greater awareness, choice, and resilience.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in presence. I work from a person-centred foundation, guided by the belief that you already hold the seeds of healing within you—and that therapy is a collaborative space to help those seeds take root and grow. Drawing from person-centered approach, attachment theory and nervous system awareness, I tailor each session to your unique story, pace, and needs.

You can expect a calm, non-judgmental environment where you don’t have to perform or explain everything right away. Instead, we’ll move gently—making space for what wants to be felt, understood, and re-integrated. Over time, therapy can help you strengthen your connection to your inner self, reclaim your voice, and live more fully in alignment with what feels authentic to you.
